Feral Felt is currently offering the following classes and events, open to the public.
Wild crafted folk tales, forest games, and art. As time and forest materials allow, our art projects will include Flower Fairies, forest crowns, stick families and sun catchers to hang by your window. Creek time and wild berry gathering daily. Come play and let your wild nature free! Ages 4+
Do you believe in dragons, fairies, and unicorns? Come learn more of the myths and folklore of some of your favorite magical creatures. Come make dragon jewels, a unicorn horn, phoenix mask, and needle felt fairies. Ages 7+ (age 6 on a case by case basis)
Through games, story, and hands-on art activities at Swan School, kids will experience the exciting world of The Land of Stories. We will create and gather items for the Wishing Spell. Making a bottle to collect fairy tears within. Crafting a wand of wonderment. Sculpting the Little Mermaid’s Dagger. Needle felting Malumclaw, the infamous member of the Big Bad Wolf Pack. All while listening to the first book in the series, The Wishing Spell. Ages 7+ (Age 6 on a case by case basis)
Explore the beautiful world of the sea through beach adventures and art at Fort Worden. Spend the first half of the day at the beach with the Port Townsend Marine Science Center, and then head to Northwind Art for crafts, story, and outdoor games with local youth arts educator Myco from Wild Child Arts Education. We will make projects such as finger crochet octopi, needle felted orcas, and sewn starfishes. Ages 7-10 SOLD OUT
By popular kid demand, we all return to the world of Pokémon together at Kodama Farm! With themed games, crafts, and outdoor play, there is something fun for everyone. Bookbind a Charmander notebook. Create your own Poké ball pouch. Make a needlefelted Oddish. Sew an Eevee plushie. Ages 7+ (Age 6 on a case by case basis)
The love of Star Wars spans across generations and galaxies. Join us this Summer at Kodama Farm for play, story, and crafts all based on the Star Wars saga. We will listen to youth Star Wars based audiobooks while forging lightsabers, sewing Yoda ears, needle felting Ewoks, and crafting the cutest Jawa the universe has ever seen. Ages 7+ (Age 6 on a case by case basis)
Bluey Explorers at Kodama Farm is a program full of Bluey themed games and art. Our creations will include a Bluey mask. Cocoa ear hat, a real Pom Pom and Bluey and Bingo Paper Tube Toys. With water play, shade time, and crafts we will stay cool during the peak heat of summer. Ages 4+

Gather at the shire at Swan School and join this Lord of the Rings inspired children's program! Through games, storytelling, and hands-on fiber arts activities, kids will experience the exciting world of hobbits, elves, dwarves, and wizards. Ages 6+
The Production Alliance, in partnership with Jefferson County, will host the Connectivity Summit. A multi-day gathering designed to spark collaboration, strengthen relationships, and imagine a thriving, connected future together. Instructor Myco of Feral Fine Arts and Wild Child Arts Education will be in attendance. Offering a free Ages 4+ kid activity on Saturday!

Create your own fuzzy lined crown fit for any royal child. Make puppets to play with and gruffalo masks to delight. Leave with monster horns to wear for any occasion. Ages 4+

In this Harry Potter inspired children’s program we will study magical beasts and craft while listening to The Goblet of Fire. Professor Grubbly-Plank is eager to teach and excited to share what they have learned. We wet felt dragon eggs, create a Monster Book of Monsters, and sew niffler coin purses. Playing Quidditch everyday. For our final day we make Polyjuice Potion punch! Whether you’ve read the Harry Potter books or not, these projects will be fun and magical for all! Ages 7+
Minecraft CubeCamp is a program full of Minecraft themed games and art. Our creations will include making creeper magnets, paper pig, sword, and a Steve plushie. With water play, shade time, and crafts we will stay cool during the peak heat of summer. All activities will be held outside. Bluey Stumpfest is a program full of Bluey themed games and art. Our creations will include a chattermax puppet, Bluey/Bingo ear hats, yes/no button box, and woven flappies. With water play, shade time, and crafts we will stay cool during the peak heat of summer. All activities will be held outside. In this children’s program we will combine craft and wilderness awareness. Nature games will keep us outside part time. When inside we will book bind a drawing journal, wet felt an egg, weave nests, and needle felt birds. Each student will learn more about their favorite bird. Love of the outdoors and a desire to learn handcrafts encouraged. Ages 7+

Wild Craft is a program of wild crafted folk tales, forest games, and art. on a homestead of 250 acres. Our creations will come from natural materials, including ones we wildcraft outdoors. As time and forest materials allow, our art projects will include nature journals, felted geodes, and primitive loom weaving. There are delicious berries to eat and a sweet small creek to wade in.
